Cholla Bay, Rocky Point Mexico
The Cholla Bay neighborhood provides a variety of options, including homes and condos (more homes than condos), both new and old, many with ocean or bay views. A little more rustic, Cholla has electricity, cable and internet, but water is trucked in.
At low tides, the bay totally empties and is a great clam digging venue. Also, lots of sand dollars.
